Sales Consultant
£16,000 - £23,000 dependent on experience

Excellent opportunity to work for an insurance company whose reputation is so strong that they barely need to advertise as they get so many word of mouth recommendations! This is a national company who have an are looking to expand their office in Shirley.

You will either work for renewals, new policies or claims and this will be assessed after a month of training which will then determine where your strengths are.
This company really invests in their people and all Branch Managers have been promoted from within.

They are seeking someone with insurance administration or customer service exposure who has at least 5 GCSE's with grades A-C in Maths and English. You will possess excellent communication skills as well as the desire to provide the highest level of customer service to clients and customers. If you have already worked for an insurance company this would be advantageous but not essential. What you do need is to have a good attitude where you understand that what you put in is what you get out of this job.

The standard working hours are 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm.
The salary is dependent on experience but will range approximately between £16,000 to £23,000 with 20 days holiday.
