Sales/Customer Service advisor

Monday to Friday role, within the local area,
Idea or duties will include,
Liaising with current clients to arrange engineers to attend site, writing reports and filing paper work
Ordering equipment and parts with suppliers, Logging calls and typing client progression reports
Covering reception and show room, upkeep of front of house
Identifying new potential clients and when possible calling to follow up leads. (Commission paid, if new business is brought on board)
Account management, up-selling of company products and the general care of existing client needs.
