TeleSales Executive Preston £14K basic + £40k - £45k Year One
Uncapped commission + Superb Working Environment
Our client are a multi-award winning company with a portfolio of over 30,000 Accounts within the Building Service / Engineering Sectors. They are seeking self-motivated, target driven, vibrant TeleSales Executives.

You will possess superb negotiation / communication skills, intellect and attitude necessary to succeed in this challenging and ever growing professional Company!
Sales Activities
Pro-actively contacting existing customers handling all the internal day-to-day activities required in managing designated customer accounts.
Develop business through increasing contacts with existing and prospective accounts
Identify new opportunities to sell additional products and services to existing and new accounts
Handle incoming enquiries from assigned customer base and expedite activities required in managing these accounts as appropriate
Prepare customer quotations and proposals for new enquiries, driving these to new sales where appropriate
Increase sales activity including number of calls made, value of quotations, and orders booked to demonstrate that activity and pipeline business is commensurate with reaching sales targets
Ensure quotations, proposals and sales orders are completed correctly and to the highest standards
Achieve sales targets as set by the company within your target area.
Ensure that the Customer Relation Management and all other systems are operated and completed correctly and kept up-to-date in accordance with company procedures.
Updating internal electronic diaries with accurate information
Experience
A minimum of 2 3 years Sales Experience (pure sales) preferred sales experience within the Building Services Arena, Plumbing, Construction, Electrical, Building, Decorating, Joinery
Skills
Confident when closing the deal

Professional
Smart in appearance
Superb Time & Attendance Record
IT Skills Microsoft Word, Excel, Email
Working experience of the Building Services, Electrical, Plumbing, Decorating, IT Sectors will be preferred.
Salary & Package
Basic Salary £14,000
Pay Review after 3 months service
O.T.E Average Earnings Year One Realistic £40k - £50k
Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Friday 9.00am 4.00pm
60 Minute Lunch Break
28 Days Holiday
On-Site Parking
