Telesales role - Our client is a leading Advertising company based in the Oldham area of Lancashire which deals with weekly papers and also Monthly specialist magazine publications.
The Role as a Telesales person is for a confident, well presented and self motivated sales person who isnt afraid to ask for business as you will be asking for large amounts of revenue off these companies and we are not seeking candidates with a advertising background.
This client is looking for a telesales person who can multi task as you will be taking incoming calls, and also outbound calling for new business, as well as account management of existing client base.
The Rewards:
£14,000 basic paid monthly with commission paid on revenue
Uncapped commission for every single sale
This position is for a candidate who is seeking a strong career and final take home rather than just basic only person
O.T.E is approx £25,000 - £30,000 + additional in bonuses
20 days Holiday + 8 days bank holiday

On site car parking
Located central to motorway, bus links and town centre
Main duties include:
Outbound cold calling on daily basis
Dealing with B2B clients at director level
Asking for large levels of business over a 12 monthly basis (Telesales Cold calling)
Selling advertising space in weekly newspaper and monthly subscription magazines
Closing sales from start to finish
Account Manage existing clients and classified ads
Source own leads from the internet sites such as Google, yell, Thompson ect
Must have sales experience at least 1 years
Outgoing personality
Media experience not essential but must have B2B outbound exp
Do not want someone who ONLY has call centre auto dialer working only
Working to both weekly month targets financially deadlines
Closing and managing new business clients
General administration duties including Email, Fax, Letters, Quotations and filing
Handle all sales paperwork

Must be able to work towards earning unlimited commission as its uncapped

Works well under pressure and to targets
