Client Manager - £18,000 + ote - Bagshot
Our client, a successful local Lettings Agency, is currently recruiting for a Client Manager to over see the running of the Lettings department.
Key areas of responsibility
• Arrange and carry out viewings
• Daily and weekly feedback to Landlords
• Ring round perspective tenants and keep database up to date
• Hunt for new business
• Produce property photo's and virtual tours
• Valuations
• Provide cover for the Marketing department when needed (training will provided)
Skills required
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Able to work under own initiative
• Able to work as part of a team
• Target driven
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Diary management
• Computer literacy imperative including Microsoft Office
• Ideally proven sales experience and property background preferred
Other requirements
• Must be well presented
• Must have a full UK drivers license
• Must be 21 years or over (for car insurance purposes)
