Job description:
New Business Development Manager/ Field Sales Executive , required for an accomplished , professional and reliable Security Systems Company.
THE Company provide security products and services including ;
- Fire Detection
- Access Control
- Intruder Alarms
- Barriers and Gates
- CCTV
Your role will be to develop New Business across the West Midlands and surrounding area . Ideally within 50 mile radius of Wolverhampton.
You will be responsible for developing new contacts and leads ,building relationships and developing these relationships through to securing new business and closing the sale. This role is suited to a consultative sales style.
Skills / Experience;
You will have previous Field sales experience and New Business Development experience ideally in the Fire and Security industry , however related trade experience would also be considered.
Previous experience in Fire Detection and Security would be particularly relevant. You may have worked for another large company in the Fire Detection sector .
Knowledge of Field sales / New Business Development in the West Midlands
Consultative Sales experience
Ability to work in a high pressure sales driven environment
Commercially aware.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Good communication skills.
Professional appearance with strong presentation skills.
Organised , disciplined and self motivated.
Energetic and driven , with a personality which opens doors.
Record of previous target achievement is very important.
