A leading consumer electronic group operating within the Home and Entertainment markets is looking for a proactive business development/sales manager/director with an in depth understanding of the automotive OEM Teir1 market located in Bordon, Hampshire.

As OEM Business Sales Manager you will report directly to the Sales Director and will spearhead the sales drive as well as developing the growth of this specialist solution.

As OEM Business Sales Manager you will have credibility in targeting and winning new business from which previous strong customer relationships have already been developed. A key objective would be to lead the implementation of a new exciting technology platform needed across the Tier1 OEM Automotive Sector. This solution will be the product of choice for in vehicle music streaming and wireless communication.

The ideal OEM Business Sales Manager will have the following skills and experiences:

• Highly motivated and proactive OEM Business Development Manager/Director with a proven background in operating within the automotive OEM market sector.
• Proven experience developing business with Tier 1 OEM customers, preferably selling wireless communications.
• Established customer relationships with Tier 1 OEM customers is desirable which will support the launch of this new technology platform
• Excellent communication, negotiating and presentation skills are key in developing strong customer relationships at a senior level.
• Develop, implement and drive an annual business plan in order to achieve targets and objectives.
• Professional, proactive and ambitious approach towards their career development within the company
• Strong in building relationships and having the ability to communicate at all levels
• Experience in selling hands free communication platforms to the OEM sector or developing business selling a technical biased product range (Telematics, Mobile Telecom)
• Strong customer relationship with Tier1 automotive OEM accounts

In return you will receive a salary of c£45,000 + bonus OTE c£60,000 plus benefits including car
