THE CLIENT: This innovative service provider is part of a larger organisation and is a leading player within the UK. Their reputation has been built on level of service and impartiality in a competitive market place, priding themselves on putting the customer first. Due to continual growth, the company now require an experienced Sales Manager to cover an allocated territory throughout Scotland and the North of England.

THE ROLE: You will be responsible for heading up a team of 6 Area Sales Managers who will be selling the full portfolio of services into the Commercial sector. Previous man management experience is a must have coupled with a structured sales background in a business to business environment. Candidates will be expected to coach and mentor the sales team to the best of their ability and to grow the territory to full potential. Ideally you should be of the “hunter” mould with a strong desire to succeed and grow within a good company.

THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary – £32,000
Commission/Bonus – OTE £55,000- £60,000 uncapped
Company Car or Car Allowance
Benefits – full benefits package and home office supplied
