Sales Manager / Branch Manager – Construction Industry

THE CLIENT: This market leading industrial distributor has grown significantly over the last 40 years. Operating on a regional and national basis, they continue to provide an innovative service to all industries from Agriculture to Construction. Due to continual growth, they now seek an experienced Internal Sales Manager to look after the Scottish operations.

THE ROLE: You will be responsible for a team of 3 Internal Sales staff, based from Aberdeenshire however looking after all Scottish sales branches. You will be involved in the direct sales of all construction & Civil engineering products to a variety of clients including regional and national contractors. The role is 50% man management therefore previous experience heading up an internal team is preferred. Industry experience in a similar environment is a must have coupled with an outgoing and driven personality. Ongoing training is provided along with excellent career prospects.

THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary – £23,000 – £25,000
OTE - £5,000 + uncapped
