Our Client, A Software Company is looking for a very driven Business to Business Start-up Sales professional who’s hungry for a challenge to join their sales team.
If you’re self motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives under pressure and is looking for an exciting, new opportunity to help shape the sales process and product direction, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Our Clients have built a solid foundation on a core software business, but are currently seeking exciting new opportunities in the Automotive Sector.
A successful Business to Business Sales Executive ideally B2B background will be fundamental to their success in these new markets, performing the essential sales functions of lead generation, nurturing, and closing.
Our Clients ideal candidate will have worked in a start-up environment and ideally have experience and success building a sales organisation and process from the ground up.
You must be willing to roll up your sleeves to do the daily work of soliciting new leads, contacting existing leads, running demos, closing, and tracking follow-ups.
At the same time, you need to be able to rise above the daily details to see the big picture and give critical input on customer feedback, market conditions, the competitive landscape, and more.
Requirements:
• 1-5 years sales experience, software or technical start-up environment strongly preferred
• Superior communication, selling, and negotiating skills
• Assertive, self-motivated, innovative personality
• Technically proficient; experience with Microsoft Office/Word/Excel/Outlook; knowledge of web-based and/or database software.
