The Role

Experienced Recruiter - Social Care

Due to the huge work-load, you will be able to immediately start working on existing accounts, but will still spend 2 hours a day cold calling, so that you are always forging new relationships with companies - you never want to keep your eggs in one or a few baskets!. The team is such that as it grows, you will be able to grow within your role and career, provided that you perform consistently well.

The Candidate

Ideally you have perms social care recruitment experience, at least 6 months, ideally in excess of 1 year. Otherwise, perms experience in another sector could be considered. You have been billing at least £8/mth, ideally more and know that in the right environment, you can achieve even more!
