The role:
This is a great opportunity for a Business Development candidate to join a strong team to help drive the business forward. Responsibilities and duties will include:
•Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual lead generation and closed revenue goals
•New Business Acquisition - Identify, develop and qualify opportunities in new customers, new sites of existing customers
•Identify, qualify and close business
•Outbound prospecting and qualifying to key target accounts to uncover sales opportunities and develop through to close in conjunction with Regional Sales Managers
•Develop target account strategies with Regional Sales Managers and Channel Partners for named target accounts
•Timely follow up and qualification to all inbound leads (web, email, webinars, seminars, marketing campaigns, etc)
•Work with channel partners to progress qualified opportunities through to close
•Work with marketing to ensure demand generation initiatives are delivered to target audiences in line with the companies integrated messaging
•Populate, maintain and clean CRM sales database
Who we’re looking for:
Applicants will need to be fluent in English and German; a third European language is also desirable. Good knowledge of testing products.
The successful candidate will be results driven and have a proven track record of identifying opportunities and closing within a Technology Sales environment. You will need to demonstrate that you can achieve and exceed sales targets and have strong business planning skills. The ability to learn new software quickly is key and you will ideally have knowledge of a CRM tool. A Cisco/Networking background is desirable.
