You will receive 25 leads a week in your post code on a Monday and referrals from people who are interested in the service and would like to know more information including costings. You will also need to provide your own leads and this will add to your earning potential. You will treat each client as an individual visiting them in there home discussing their requirements on the following areas; inheritance tax planning, will writing, document storage, trust administration, estate administration and funeral arrangements, as most of your enquiries will be from people that are employed this will mean evening and weekend appointments. You can also discuss a specialist service to include long term care advice, independent financial advice and lasting powers of attorney.

For this role you will receive three full days of training and support which will take place in Weston Super Mare, on your third day you will be asked to sit a licence exam which will cover the information you have learnt to date and you will have additional support from Head office which consists of members of the law society and legal executives.

In this role you will choose whether you wish to be self employed or employed if you choose employed the benefits are as follows, you will receive a basic salary of £12k which is paid monthly, paid mileage, expenses, paid business telephone calls, stationary and accommodation when attending courses you will have the opportunity to earn on average between £50,000 - £70,000 per year although this is uncapped.

You will have an opportunity to attend a seminar/interview week commencing the 22nd February at a choice of two different locations to help you understand the earning potential, which you must attend to be successful in this position ready to start the training course which will commence on the 15th March
