Job Role

This is a target orientated debt collection role working B2B on the commercial team, making outbound calls to businesses. This role carries substantial rewards for hitting targets as well as very quick career progression and recognition with uncapped earning potential and salary increases.

The company have had a significant period of growth and have recently refurbished their offices. They are now looking to expand the teams further, with the addition of two more experienced consultant telephone collectors for an immediate start. You will have experience in a target driven environment and have previous experience of telesales, telemarketing or making outbound calls within a sales environment.


Overall purpose of Job:

The collection of overdue and unpaid accounts by mainly making outbound calls and updating the database. To do this you will come from a sales orientated background.

Duties for this Collections role include;

Contacting business to discuss accounts
Negotiating payment options including full and settlement payments depending upon circumstances
Maintaining regular contact and account managing customers
Sending and logging all correspondence onto database
Working to targets on monthly and daily basis in a competitive team environment
Using own initiative and training to obtain best possible outcome for the accounts

To be considered for this Collections role you will:

Have experience of working to targets from a telemarketing/ telesales or call centre environment

Have experience of making outbound calls with an excellent telephone manner

Good IT skills

Ability to work in a team

Ability to work under pressure
