Telesales/Telemarketing Executive - Macclesfield : Salary £16,000 (Realistic OTE £20k+ )

Our client is an FSA-approved, full-service telemarketing agency, specialising in inbound and outbound call centre services. They handle the B2B and B2C telemarketing needs of businesses across all sectors including finance, manufacturing, utilities and telecoms and insurance. Their customers range from independent brokers to large national organisations.

Role
This role will see you:
? Contact decision makers on the telephone from a pre-qualified database working on a variety of outbound campaigns
? Communicate the client's product/service achieving the desired result
? Accurately edit in-house databases
? Achieve daily targets

Candidate skills
To succeed you must have/be:
? Hardworking with a desire to learn
? Excellent telephone manner
? Competent keyboard and IT input skills
? Drive, enthusiasm, determination and an ability to overcome objections
? A proactive, "can-do" attitude
? Previous telemarketing / call centre experience is beneficial
? No age limit
