Telesales Executive
Our client is looking to expand their highly successful telesales team and looking for a Telesales Executive or sales person that is driven, motivated and enthusiastic to join their offices in Longridge.
As a member of the telesales team, you will have an existing client base focusing on a specific geographical area, it will be your responsibility to make the most of this client base by maximizing sales as well as building upon the client base from a prospect database.
You will receive commission on all orders placed within your area and will manage all your customer accounts on a continuous basis - helping grow your area, sales and commission.
Telesales Specification:
•Cold calling prospect customers and building new business relationships
•Dealing with Customers and Suppliers via phone, email and fax
•Estimating and quoting prices
•Processing orders
•Stock control
•High volume calls
•General administrative duties
Person Specification:
•Confident and enthusiastic telephone manner
•A "go-getter" attitude
•Computer literate (will be trained on clients bespoke system)
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Ability to work under pressure and to dead lines
•Ability to use own initiative
•Willing to learn and progress
•Ability to plan and prioritize workload
•Used to working in a manufacturing / Sales environment would be an advantage.
