The client is a medical device manufacturer who produces a range of Urology and Wound Care single use devices. They are looking for a sales associate who will have up to 18 months sales experience, ideally within wound care or urology devices.
You will be required to promote, sell and educate clients on the use of the products. Sales will be to NHS within primary and secondary Care; in particular pharmaceutical and continence advisors, specialist nurses and nursing homes.
You will be able to demonstrate your ability of the following:
- Negotiation and communication across various levels in the NHS.
- Sales training and strong presentation skills.
- Knowledge of primary or secondary care sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The desire for a challenging, fast paced and rewarding career.
- Business planning to maximize regional sales. Optimization of existing business accounts and the development of new business through the growth of personal relationships within the NHS network for the territory.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious and have 2+ years of device or pharmaceutical sales experience and can show where they have gone above and beyond to achieve goals. You should also be able to discuss strong sales achievements.
