KashFlow Software Limited is one of the major UK players in the supply of on-line accounting software to SME's and forward thinking accounting practices. Due to continued growth, we are currently looking to recruit a Client Relationship Administrator who will assist the Account Management and Sales Team providing excellent customer service.
Liaising with professional clients daily either by telephone or email, the successful candidate will be a proactive team player who possibly would like to progress into Account Management or Sales Role.
The role requires a proactive individual with enthusiasm, confidence and the flexibility to respond to the developing needs of the clients and business. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have had previous experience working in a similar role.
KEY SKILLS:
- Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to ensure accurate information is recorded where required
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Excellent PC skills with an interest in software
- Proven track record in B2B customer services
- Ability to prioritize work load
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Represent KashFlow Software in a professional manner
- Good team player with the ability to work unsupervised using own initiative when required
- Preferably experienced handling sensitive information
