Medical Device Territory Sales Manager Required- Orthopaedic Sales

£32-45K Basic + Car + Realistic Bonus + Uncapped OTE
Our client is a specialist in the medical device manufacturing industry. They must have experience of selling spinal hardware and spinal operations. They are looking for someone very keen to promote new business and having a good track history of this would be extremely favourable, but not essential.
They are currently on the lookout for a territory sales manager to work in the U.K. to sell orthopaedic equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for all the hospitals in their region. The role will specialise in spinal products and full training will be given, allowing the candidate a full knowledge of their products.
Key responsibilities:
• Meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas
• Learn in-depth how the equipment works, ability to demonstrate how they work and sell within assigned territory
• Create and manage relationships with key decision makers within relevant institutions
• Cold call and generate interest regarding the products
• Keep detailed records of territory, transactions and meetings
Minimum requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to demonstrate a history of hitting targets in medical sales
• A degree of technical prowess and an interest in the field of joint replacements
• Must be able to manage accounts and nurture relationships whilst going after new business
