Our client has a number of niche products with in their respective industry and need a Telesales/Field Sales executive to help with the growth of their business.

The company are a small to medium subcontractor whose client includes top 10 main contractors in the UK. For nearly 50 years they have grown an unrivalled reputation in the industry for quality and reliability.

Since a buy out a couple of years ago they have had healthy growth and been profitable year on year. As a result this has brought forward their business plan which includes acquiring another niche sub contractor and producing other niche products.

A launch of a niche new product to add to their revenue streams offers an exciting opportunity for a sales person to make the most of their current client base but also offers the chance to pitch to over 14,000 clients in the London Boroughs.

The role will initially be mainly a is to target new business to introduce their new product via telephone and then to attend meetings with the product Director. The rest of the time the sales executive would get involved in marketing and strategy for the new business.

Initially the role will be office based while you are making calls to set up meetings face to face. Once up to speed it may be you would be at client meetings 2/3 days of the week.

Background needed
The candidate needs to learn and understand the product and the pricing so you can negotiate contracts / jobs.
Telesales and/or Field sales experience would be preferable
Experience in understanding products and giving quotes is a preference
Outgoing and friendly
Focused and very hard working
Smart and very presentable as this will be a client facing role
Energetic, and motivating to others.
Career minded, and success motivated.
