The Opportunity
This excellent opportunity - for an experience IT/AV Solutions salesperson - has arisen due to the continued success of this IT Solution specialist. Your role will require you to sell the latest IT solutions into the Public Sector, Education, Blue Light market and Private sector, promoting the products of services of the company with IT buyers and senior decision makers, creating interest and closing sales. You will be expected to inspire your colleagues with your work ethic, industry knowledge and sales figures. As Field Sales Consultant, you will source, approach and open up new clients and find new business opportunities, backed by an excellent technical team to offer bespoke IT solutions aimed at business critical applications. Responsible for your own sales figures, you will also work with the Sales Manager and Directors to set progressive, achievable revenue targets to achieve the business aims. Your role will involve the translation of business aims into results, exceeding revenue targets and Key Performance Indicator targets. You will work as part of a team with regular internal communication to ensure that everyone is working efficiently toward the same goal and sharing information to help each other. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a specialist who are well known in the IT industry and have an excellent reputation for quality products and service.

Basic salary negotiable £18k-£24k p.a. + excellent OTE with uncapped commission, bonus and car allowance.

Your Skills, Qualities and Achievements
To succeed in this role you will need to be a strong character with excellent communication and persuasion skills. A strong knowledge of IT and technical sales, preferably into the public sector, is essential. The ideal candidate is likely to have worked their way up from an internal sales role, selling IT solutions, into an external sales role, and will be self motivated and manage their own daily workload and diary. Must have a proven track record in successfully exceeding sales targets and helping business growth.
