My client is an independent provider of Building Services and Facilities Management solutions to key customers within the HVAC BS and FM sectors. They are now looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to sell and develop maintenance contracts and new business within this sector. The ideal individual will successfully negotiate new contracts and work with the Operations Group to implement these contracts and service delivery to clients through out London and the South East. You will have previous experience of working in a sales / development position within the Buildings Services/Facilities Management environment. This is very much a customer facing role. The ideal individual will have strong inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to promote, and sell the services the company has to offer to a new client base.
Requirements
Ideally you will come from a mechanical or electrical back ground and have experience of estimating and negotiating profitable contracts within the Building Services environment.
All applicants should have sold Building Services and FM Maintenance and Service contracts within the HVAC and Building Services sector, and have established contacts across the industry. They now require an experienced person with a good flexible attitude to join the growing team at this very exciting time.
Package
In return for suitably qualified and experienced applicants my client offers a truly competitive salary of circa £40K per annum + Car + Pension + 5 Weeks Holiday and Private health care.
