Business Development Manager
£21,000 per annum plus bonus
Location: Warwickshire
We have an exciting opportunity working for a successful and established, family business that have lovely grade 2 listed premises with free parking. Due to continued success and expansion they are looking for a proactive individual to work as a Business Development Manager based at their offices in Warwickshire.
Our client is very successful and has an established database of clients but they are looking for a forward thinking individual to maximise these existing contacts as well as developing the database with new contacts. You will need to have experience in developing relationships preferably business to business and experience of generating new business.
This is a varied role with plenty of scope to progress so we are looking for a creative thinker who can work on their own initiative so you will need to be self motivated. Due to the nature of their business this is not a hard sales role, you will need to be warm, engaging and be able to put potential customers at ease. You are selling a solution so you need to have experience in offering a service and building confidence in that service.
As well as previous business development experience the ideal candidate will also have good written communication skills, ideally GCSE grade C above or equivalent and proven administration skills.
