We are recruiting for a Regional Manager to work for our client in the Hair & Beauty sector.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to run a group of businesses offering excellence in customer service and express hair and beauty services.

Great flexibility and a driving licence is required as this is a National role, with a considerable amount of travelling.

You will be ambitious, passionate, with great leadership skills and the ability to take ownership of goals and objectives. Able to work within budgets and achieve your targets and KPI's.

This role involves conducting regular salon visits, ensuring the managers and team are given clear, honest feedback on the visits and are left with a comprehensive and relevant action plan.

Applicants must have experience in the hair and beauty industry, and have had a managerial role within a multi site operation.
