Our client is looking to expand their sales operation

This position is unique in many ways – although you will be in a customer service environment – you will need to demonstrate an expertise in forging relationships with clients past present and future – be able to realise when a client will need a follow up call with relation to their business needs –

You will need to have an excellent telephone manner along with computer literate skills to include the internet – email and an in house system

A background is desirable in a Customer Service related industry – where relationships are forged through telephone contact – this role will be purely office based

Do you have a ‘flair’ for fostering new business relationships? Have you got a good track record of developing accounts to increase sales revenue? The ability to up-sell and cross-sell to large corporates nationally

The position is Monday to Friday and friendly but hard working sales-office team where you will need good interpersonal skills but also enjoy working in a lively and busy (open plan) office environment

A real ‘can do’ positive attitude and ability to relate to people at all levels
