The Company:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a leading player in its field in the West country. You will have solid account management experience with heaps of vision and commercial awareness. Ideally you will have sold into major retailers and presented at senior decision making level. A proven track record of growing existing business will be a definite advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
*Receiving client briefs and ensuring internal departments and all involved see through to completion.
*Implement best practice working solutions to include transparency and embrace high levels of integrity.
*Attend regular client meetings
*Manage client’s products and services ensuring all SLA’s are delivered within agreed timeframes.
*Use excellent negotiation skills to agree and manage customer’s expectations whilst maintaining consistency with the businesses commercial objectives.

Preferred Skills:
* A professional and credible presenter with the gravitas to liaise at decision-making level
* Excellent interpersonal and client management skills both face-to-face and on the telephone
* Ability to prepare proposals and manage integration of agreed proposals
* Highly computer literate
* Preferably 3-5 years experience in corporate account management
* Preferably Degree qualified
* Proven experience in relationship building in B2B Sales
* Current UK driving licence
* Willingness to travel across UK
* An understanding of transactional Internet trading would be beneficial
