Sales Manager – Industrial Insulation

THE ROLE:

An Area Sales Manager position has arisen with a leading manufacturer of insulation solutions. This Area Sales Manager role, covering a sales territory of East Midlands and West Midlands, will involve selling a range of insulation products via specification used for applications within commercial office buildings and education buildings to a wide array of market sectors and will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class. Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrable sales experience from with a construction specification role.
• Must have experience of selling via distribution / main contractors / architects / installers / specifiers.
• New business hunter.
• Strategic networker.
• Autonomous and entrepreneurial approach to sales.
• Long term relationship builder.
• Strong character.
• Team Orientated.
• Outstanding communication & time management skills.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £27,000-£32,000 basic
Commission: Excellent anticipated 1st year OTE Uncapped!!!
