The company is a leading provider of ERP software solutions to manufacturers, distributors and wholesale businesses worldwide. The company targets a diverse client base across a number of sectors including the automotive, food, electrical, engineering and logistics. The business provides the complete managed solution to its clients, with bespoke systems that are designed, integrated and managed by the organization. With ambitious plans to grow the company is now looking for a Field Sales Executive to sell ERP Software to a diverse client base. As a Field Sales Executive you will be managing a territory including Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Surrey and the West Midlands. As a field sales executive you will be focussed on identifying, targeting and winning new clients. Supported by a proactive marketing and technical team, it will also be your responsibility to contact decision makers, identify a business need and make an appointment, before introducing an appropriate ERP Software solution and following the sales process through to completion. Typically selling ERP Software at board and middle management level across a diverse range of organisations, the role will require the Field Sales Executive to utilise their outstanding sales, communication and presentation skills. Strong organisational skills and a positive attitude will also be required in order to be a success. In return the individual will be part of an expanding software company that has a strong team environment and can offer real long term career opportunities. In addition sales success will be rewarded with an uncapped commission scheme To be successful you must have/be all of the following: * Field sales experience having sold ERP to end user customers *A demonstrable track record of success in consultative selling at management and board level *Being able to demonstrate a stable career history *A demonstrable understanding of the sales cycle *A demonstratable track record of success in identifying and winning new business. * In terms of personality traits & soft skills the individual will be tenacious, enthusiastic, Self motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, driven, autonomous, have good initiative, inspire confidence, Package £45000-£60000 basic Car Allowance OTE £85k Uncapped Pension, Medical, DIS, 25 Days holiday
