Salary Range up to £17,500 dependant on experience & OTE £10,000

Working Hours Monday to Friday*, 09:00hrs to 18:00hrs & 11:00hrs to 20:00hrs. 1 hour for lunch. *designated day off in the week then Saturday 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs 30minutes for lunch, on a shift basis.

Duties:

Our client, based near Eastbourne is looking for dynamic, self-motivated enthusiastic people with a passion and flair for sales. The business is growing and they need people that will contribute to their future. You will be expected to sell insurance products to existing and new customers, using leads provided by the company, over the telephone and face-to-face when required. There is no cold calling required. You will need a flexible approach to working hours as they adapt to an ever changing market. CDL/Insurance experience is essential.

Responsibilities
? Follow and maintain the company sales procedures.
? Maintain the highest level of service towards clients and a quick response time to all incoming enquiries.
? Hit daily, weekly and monthly targets.
? Share best practice & offer ideas for continuous improvement.
? Maintain a high level of quality scores.
? Ensure you are working within the FSA guidelines.
