Our client is a major force in Security, Cleaning and FM services. They are seeking a high energy person who will drive sales in their next phase of growth. Plans are to significantly increase their UK foot print hence the person that will be joining the management team needs to be an ?A player ?in personality as well as performance.
The Role:
An experienced service sales person, who has a successful track record at generating regional and national contracts ready to step up in a sales director role. You will have been selling across a number of industry sectors and should be prepared to demonstrate strong clients and relationships.
To be responsible for strategic planning, development and implementation of the growth of the company specifically the Security Division To co-ordinate the development process from marketing intelligence through to client identification, pre-qualification, tendering and negotiation.
To manage the generation of new business from new and existing customers to achieve budgeted profit levels. To oversee and motivate the business development and marketing team, to review and ensure performance objectives for the for the company.
Developing New Business
* To identify opportunities of growth through market research.
* To oversee bids for new business and effect professional bid presentations
* To secure new business through the use of effective sales and negotiation.
* To identify additional service opportunities with existing clients
The Candidate:
The candidate should have worked with a top service provider with experience in security or cleaning or FM.
Maintain the highest standards of presentation, personal integrity and customer support. Be a responsible director in the strict compliance with statutory and Company practices and procedures with regard to the quality, employment, Health & Safety legislation.
Customer Relations: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with other members of the business team, to enable a team approach to client development and business development. Ensure that, at all times, the sales and marketing delivery reflects the professional image of the Company and strives to continually improve the service provided. Have an excellent understanding of the activities of the company and services available.
