Insurance Advisor / Sales And Customer Service Advisor

£ 7.00 per hour:£13650 basic plus bonus

Realistic OTE 18k top earners earn over 20K

Hours: 37.5 hours a week shifts
Shifts currently run between 8am and 10pm on a weekly rota.
Weekends between 9am and 5.30pm will be required on a rota basis

The contact centre of excellence work on behalf of leading firms such as Asda , Virgin , Argos, Salisbury's and Co-op insurance and in partnership with insurance firms such as Norwich union , and Zurich offering a variety of cover for motor , household and pet insurance

As an Insurance advisor - Claims advisor you will be responsible for
*Working within a professional contact centre environment
*Working within a specialist insurance department assisting customers with general enquiries related insurance products and services
*Taking inbound calls from customers , building an instant relationship , providing quotations related to motor and home insurance
*Overcoming objections and closing sales opportunities .
*Making outbound calls to customers to update them regarding any initial enquiries

The ideal candidate will have

*Previous experience within a sales position ideally or have been a constant top achiever within a previous position

*Have had previous experience in asking for the business and working to and constantly achieving targets

*Have confidence, drive and determination

*Be available to start on the 23rd April
