Our specialist Audio Visual division is rapidlly expanding and we now have an exciting career opportunity for a Team Leader to be responsible for a team of Internal Account Managers based at our Head Office in Birmingham .

The role :

The primary focus of the role will be to manage , lead and motivate a team of 3 to 4 internal account managers to ensure all tasks are completed within timescales and exceed customers' expectations .

Main Duties:

* Lead , manage and motivate the account management team.

* Work with the Audio Visual sales team

* Scheduling of engineering resource

* Allocate and distribute workloads / tasks etc

* Ensure the highest levels of customer service .

* Report to and work closely with the Audio Visual Practice Manager.

* Foster strong working relationships with customers by visits and regular contact

* Work with Internal Account Managers , sales , customers and technical resource to prepare accurate technical quotations.

* Vendor management and project management .

* Work with Sales Administration and Purchasing to manage orders through the system.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience needed :

* Supervisory/management /team leading experience .

* A keen interest in or knowledge of Audio Visual technologies .

* Experience working in a sales /sales office environment .

* Strong commercial/business acumen .

* Professional and personable attitude .
