We are looking for Recruiters who have the capability to Business Develop through having the autonomy to grow their specialist desk and business areas across the EMEA Region.

We are over 100 globally and looking to open new offices in 2012 in 2 new locations!
The successful candidates must have:
- A proven track record in sales (business to business preferable)
- Ability to build professional relationships both over the telephone and face to face
- Flexibility to travel to meet clients in the UK and Europe (once/twice a quarter)
- Determination to learn new markets and develop business areas/markets
- A positive, self-motivated and driven attitude
