Full Time Call Centre Agent
The Client:
This is an excellent opportunity to join this well established company located in Bradford (BD1).
You will be a part of a new established dynamic team. This is a long term opportunity and we are looking for candidates who would like to establish their career in a call centre environment and secure a permanent position.

Hours / shifts:
It is MONDAY to FRIDAY operation! No weekend work is required!!!
Two shifts are now available: 10.30am -6pm or 1.30pm – 9pm (35 hours per week)
Pay rate: 6.87 ph + bonus (after initial 12 weeks probation)
First 12 weeks: 6.08ph +bonus

The Role:
The role will involve working in an outbound call centre speaking to existing customers. You will be speaking to current clients offering them customers’ discount and doing call backs.
You will be responsible for handling all calls in a professional manner and managing details on the in house data base on a daily basis.
(It is not a cold calling role!)

The Candidate:
Attributes we are looking for:
Customer service/call centre experience is essential!
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills are required
PC literate and “can do” attitude
Full training will be given but we are looking for candidates with experience in the similar role
