External Account Manager
External Account Manager (Steel Industry)
Company based in Dudley
Competitive Salary plus bonus and Company Car
Due to recent expansion my client based within the Dudley area is looking to recruit a dynamic individual with a proven track record within B2B sales from the steel industry.
Successful Candidates:
- Must have proven B2B account management experience within the steel industry
- Ideally have knowledge of industrial pipes, tubes and or hydraulic products
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative
- Understanding of current market
- Ability to identify and fulfil sales opportunities
- Possess a full clean driving licensee
- Committed, honest and hard working with a passion to hit and succeed sales targets
The Role:
- To support companies expanding sales within the Midlands area
- Management and growth of a portfolio of existing accounts
- Developing and maintaining relationships to gain new business
- Analysing business trends in order to complete successful sales targets
- Responsible for generating own leads and closing sales
- Being first point of contact for your own accounts and clients
- Servicing client requirements in order to maximise profitable sales
- All other duties as required
This role is a great opportunity for someone with successful experience within the steel industry. Please note that this role is field based but you will have full access to the companies offices based within the Dudley area as and when required.
