Established over 11 years ago and with a team of hugely successful and experienced recruitment consultants you could have the opportunity to become part of the team

Due to huge success we are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Account Manager to work within a well established and busy commercial department

Salary : £20,000 basic plus plus uncapped bonus

Bonus will be available instantly as the vacancies are live and ready to be filled

Hours of work : 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday although flexibility is a must due to client demand

As a Recuitment Account Manager -
-You will work together with an experienced senior member of the commercial team to manage a portfolio of established client accounts
-Acting as a main point of contact to the client daily both face to face , through email and via the telephone
-You will manage customers expectations , understand their needs and match suitable candidates to the available positions
-Visit the client regularly to understand the business , positions and build a healthy and long lasting relationship
-Source and vet suitable candidates using a variety of well established advertising tools and job boards
-Entertain clients IE lunch's , social events etc
-Interview candidates daily within the Vane offices and off site if and when necessary
-Create and place suitable adverts and marketing materials to attract suitable candidates
-Attend open days and exhibitions
-Completed administrative tasks to support client and candidate needs
-Develop new business as and when required
-Work within a heavily targeted and highly pressurised environment

The ideal candidate
-Must be working within recruitment currently
-Have a good account management background
-Have managed business customers ideally
-Have worked within a sales position previously and not be afraid to generate new business
-Have good attention to detail
-Have worked within a highly pressurised environment
-Have flexibility and be willing to go the extra mile
-Drive
-Be able to multi task
