Outbound Sales Agent

Our client, a specialist Finance/Insurance organisation are planning on huge growth over the next two months and require several enthusiastic and experienced sales people to join a successful team!

You will be making outbound calls to warm leads and selling financial/Insurance solutions. Ideally you will have a background in financial or insurance sales but if you have proven sales ability and are used to working to targets then you will be considered.

You must have an excellent telephone manner, be self-motivated and driven. Full product training is given and you will have to comply to full FSA regulations.

The commission is uncapped with current average performers earning an extra £400 per month and high earners over £1000 per month!!!
