Tele Appointing Executive
Our Client are a well established and expanding Marketing & Point of Contact Specialists who are now looking to recruit an experienced Sales person to join their busy Department.
You will be working alongside the Call Centre Director and Call Centre Account Manager who are field based much of the time so you will need to be self motivated & happy to work independently.
Ideally you will have experience of telemarketing, appointing and cold calling within a similar role.
Main aspects of the role will include:
Dealing with and calling senior decision makers within national and global companies
Identify high level decision makers
Book appointments for the Call centre field sales team to attend meetings
Update company CRM database to ensure appointments are shown in calendars
Create contact information within Goldmine and ensure all stages of communication are recorded
Cold call contacts to create interest in the companies full suite of products and services
Communicate with all members of the field sales and account management team
Attend weekly review meetings and monthly sales meetings
Manage and update pipeline reports for presentation at sales meetings
Skill / Experience Required
Ideally you will have a strong background within telesales, telemarketing or cold calling positions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Assertive and proactive approach to work
Target and results driven
Tenacious and persuasive approach
Full driving licence and vehicle required due to location
Knowledge of Goldmine CRM advantageous but not essential
In return you will receive a competitive basic salary between £16'000-£20'000 depending on experience with an on target earnings of £35'000 - uncapped, as well as an excellent benefits package to include: Parking, Pension, on site sandwich van and eating area, health care and Bonus.
