Door to Door Sales Manager

This is a salaried role, which is managing a team of 4-8 self employed door to door sales people who are fund raising for a very well known British charity.

The salary of this role will be £15,000 for the first 11 weeks, which will be a training period and then £18,000 after that.

The role will be to recruit and train your Sales Reps, complete sales administration and also get involved with some door knocking.

If you have face to face sales experience, experience of motivating people and a positive attitude then you can apply for this role. However, the requirements of this role are that you are flexible in terms of the hours you can work, so will need to work some evenings and occasionally weekends. The training period will require a 10 week residential stay away from home. You also will need to have a full, clean driving license.
