Sales Team Manager

My client is looking to recruit an Outbound Sales Team Manager for their large contact centre based in Portsmouth. You will be managing one of their brand new campaigns ensuring all sales targets and KPIs are met. You will be responsible for on-going training, development and coaching within your team. As manager you will motivate your team and monitor sales calls to ensure high quality customer service and product knowledge is given throughout.

The ideal candidate
* Will have previous management experience of at least 10 outbound sales agents in a contact centre.
*Demonstrate strong skills in coaching and team training.
*Be familiar with reporting procedures and have excellent people management skills.
*Knowledge of call centre telephony and systems.
*Professional and able to lead by example.
