Your sales role is to help us bring in new clients and service our existing ones. Selling and consulting on the telephone, Internet and face to face as a Graduate Trainee Sales Consultant.

We are in the business of Sales Growth, not just within our own operation but in that of our clients as well. We specialise in radically increasing sales for companies in fast growth sectors through a mix of sales talent sourcing, training and development and sales consultancy. We have a product and service range that is quickly expanding and we need entrepreneurial graduates to join us.

All of our clients have to be fast growth entrepreneur led organisations. Many of them are in Green sectors especially Carbon Credit Brokers. We have many of them that you can work on for immediate income from day one whilst building your own client portfolio. Increased marketing operations show that there is substantial demand for what we offer.

You must:

-Be an ambitious graduate with a 2/2 degree or above from any discipline.
-Be an excellent sales communicator and confident to present at Managing Director level with authority and credibility.
-Have the drive to continue learning; whether it be sales, management, presentation skills, personal development and also knowledge in the sectors we operate.
-Be willing to travel internationally.

You will:

-Be engaged in telephone and face to face selling, opening and closing your own deals.
-Be a natural at presenting and selling.
-Be earning very high fees on deals you make for the company.
-Be offered average fees on recruitment support work (average meaning £65000 pa rate on current assignments) when you start.
-Become extremely knowledgeable in our industry sectors - especially Clean (Green) Technology and Finance/Commodity Broking in the UK and overseas.
-Be provided with state of the art ongoing training led by Alex McMillan and sales support (all paid for by the company).

We regularly run events on Saturdays in 5 Star hotels in London but also soon in Marbella and Frankfurt. (You are paid extra fixed day rates.)

Your projected earnings are:

- £2000+ in first month
- £2-5000 month 2/3
- £6-10,000pm in quarter 2

These positions are for aspiring sales focused graduates more than people with an employee mindset. Successful people will be based in our new London Gatwick offices.
