Business Manager

Our client based in Sheffield are looking for a Business Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role has arisen due to ongoing company demands, therefore is an immediate start for the right candidate!!

Working within the Employability Sector, the main purpose of the role is to manage the day to day running of a very busy company focused on delivering fantastic results in adherence to Government standards.

Your role will be extremely challenging & varied and will consist of managing a team of Employability Advisors, Recruiters, Business developers, Trainers & Administrators. You will need to ensure all your staff have one same clear goal & are working together to deliver this.

Adherence to compliance & delivery to targets will be your main areas to work on.

You will be an experienced manager with the ability to manage a team through stretching targets, in ever changing and challenging times.

Experience / Skills needed:
• Management experience - essential
• Working knowledge within the Welfare to Work area
• Experience of managing a multi functional team
• Experience of working towards targets & delivering against business plans
• Experience of dealing with difficult people & situations
• Management experience within a welfare to work or training centre advantageous
• Good stable work history
• Resilient & hard working
• Empathic

We are looking for an hard working, resilient individual who will lead their team from the front, you will have good commercial awareness, the ability to adapt quickly to changes & most of all be a strong people person that your staff will want to work for.

In reward for this you will receive an annual salary of Circa £25,000 & the chance to progress the a fast paced, forward thinking company.
