A role has arisen for a highly driven and tenacious Sales executive/Business Development Executive (or BDM) to join our already established team. Educated ideally to a graduate level the ideal Business Development Manager would be confident and well presented with the ambition to succeed and desire to deliver new business in a rapidly growing company working in the emotionally charged but rewarding charity sector. You may already be a Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, or maybe an alternative role - Telesales, Field Sales Exec, B2b or B2C - whatever sales background you come from…. If you're driven, money hungry and ready for a new challenge this could be the role for you.
The ideal Business Development Manager will:
*Be of graduate calibre
*Have a minimum of one year's sales or telesales experience
*A willingness to combine a new business development role with client retention and development.
*Be highly consultative with an understanding of the sales process from initial lead generation to product presentation and closing skills
*Possess exceptional 'over the phone' and face to face sales and negotiation skills
*Be superbly organised and disciplined
*Have strong rapport building skills and the ability to develop relationships at all levels
*Be Highly articulate and driven with a positive and outgoing personality
*Have worked within or have knowledge of charities or events is desirable however not essential as you will be supported by a team of professional staff
