Large Print Format - Sales Specialist
LARGE/WIDE FORMAT PRINT SALES SPECIALIST
To identify and convert opportunities to sell the range of brand named Production Print hardware and software solutions to new business and maximise opportunities in existing accounts to improve market share and increase profitability within the high volume / production print arena.

General duties:
Put the customer and people at the heart of all activity ensuring the customers are treated as people and people as customers at all times
Represent the company by own appearance and behaviours in line with the delivery of world class standards
Core duties:
Develop strategies that maximise opportunities within a geographical territory both from new and existing LFP accounts; targeting CRD, Datacentre, High Volume Office, Print for Pay as well as maintaining and developing Commercial Print business
Build a customer intimate culture through consultative selling to ensure relationships are mutually beneficial and are subject to continuous improvement
Take the lead in managing, coordinating and planning to win opportunities within PP utilising all resources available
Articulate and demonstrate the features and benefits of the range of branded named production print business solutions to all LFP customer segmentations
Assess customers needs and present options to improve their business performance promoting the value of the product solutions and on-going services and support
Manage your time to meet deadlines and to achieve the key performance indicators for your role
Provide professional quotations and negotiate a favourable outcome maintaining any on-going service/support profitability
Control costs and maximise personal achievement of revenue, units and profit performance
Ensure 100% usage of the companys CRM system, recording and updating all appointments and activity as mandated in the CRM procedure
Ensure that all business transactions are written in line with Company policies and standards
Provide reports on performance achieved and provide on-going accurate forecasts, update forecast and pipeline management system at all times in a timely manner
