Property Sales Negotiator - York - £16,000-£17,000 basic - Realistic 1st year OTE £22,000.

Are you a proven Sales Executive looking to move into a fast paced and truly dynamic industry? Have you experience of field sales, recruitment sales, estate agency sales or similar?

We are looking for a self motivated and sales hungry candidate to join our client who hold an enviable reputation within their industry.

Candidates would benefit from one of the above mentioned industries however this is by no means essential however candidates must hold telephone and face to face sales experience and a drivers license.

This company offers very real career progression and truly believes in promotion from within. An example of the duties required:

*Answering telephones, taking messages where appropriate but dealing with all urgent enquires.
*Managing a database of customers, maintaining at least weekly contact.
*Following up enquiries the next day and reporting structured feedback to management.
*Managing a number of accounts from inception to completion.
