My client is a well established and ever growing company, recently branched into the USA and currently undergoing expansion plans for their UK based site. They are an expert in the claims field, specialising in life and personal injury.

The role I am recruiting for has a great focus on customer service whilst working to the structure of KPI's. On a day-to-day basis the role will involve contacting potential clients who have had a non-fault road traffic accident. The reason for the call is to introduce the company, explain that they are entitled to make a claim and have a conversation about their intentions of making a claim.

This is a warm call as the service is relevant to all the contacts and will not cost them a penny!

The key to success in this role is to have an understanding of the customer and their concerns, to empathise and relate to the customer, objection handle and be able to fully explain the full benefits of the package you are offering.

Salary starts on £13k - rises quickly to £22k
Commission is awarded in line with targets hit.

Shifts are 9.30 - 5.30 Monday - Friday with 3 days over 10 working days being an 11 - 7 shift.
