This global healthcare company designs, develops and manufactures leading-edge glucose monitoring systems for use in Primary Care, Secondary Care and home settings. They currently have an opportunity for you to join their team as a Territory Manager within Sussex and Kent.

You will drive sales and market share of the portfolio across target accounts throughout Primary Care including Diabetes Specialist Nurses, clinical leads and market access customers. You will achieve this through developing advocacy of your brand with key decision makers and identifying relevant stake holders within target accounts, building effective partnerships through identifying needs and creating effective solutions.

You will develop a level of expertise and knowledge of diabetes therapy area that makes you a respected expert with NHS customers, upgrading patients onto your brands and ensuring effective retention of patients. You will achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by making sure solutions are successfully implemented.

Ideally you will have existing Diabetes experience with previous experience either in a clinical or commercial capacity with a successful, proven track record of medical/pharma sales and business management to be able to influence the decision making process. This role may also suit you if you are a Diabetes Nurse Specialist who can demonstrate the desire and aptitude to move into commercial role.

You must be confident to interact with customers at all levels with superior relationship building skills and an effective problem solver. Above all you will be motivated and passionate to succeed!
