Our client now requires an experienced New Business Director, specifically in innovation and customer experience to join their team.

The Role.
As the New Business Director you will be required to:
• Achieve annual net revenue target
• identifying and closing new opportunities within existing and new accounts
• Responsible for new contact outreach and re-awakening of dormant contacts and accounts
• Able to continue and build longstanding relationships with clients at budget-holding and decision-making levels
• Use own initiative to meet agreed business development objectives within existing and new accounts
• Responsible for new client projects, and expected to provide thought leadership & direction, coaching and development to team members
• Work with key team members to develop and commercialise new services and propositions

The candidate
You will possess proven new business skills which have been gained in an insight centric consulting environment.
• You will be able to consistently win new business and expand agency reach across existing accounts
• Full new business experience including decision making, managing meetings, proposal writing and pitching.
• Creative and lateral thinker with the ability to flourish in an entrepreneurial environment
• History of contributing to positive changes within previous employers, and going beyond your job description
