European Sales Manager - Aerospace & Defence Electronics / Avionics.

Our client is a leading name in the field of Avionic, Electronic and Electromechanical equipment manufacture and sales, servicing the Aerospace and Defence Industries.
They currently have a requirement to recruit for a highly experienced Sales Manager to join their team based in Middlesex, West London on a permanent basis, tasked with maximising Sales and Profitability in Eastern Europe.

You will be a highly experienced Sales Manager from a technical background ideally allied to Aerospace or Defence industry electronics or avionics manufacture.
Any experience of European or Glabal Sales Management would certainly be a very distinct advantage.
You will work to develop and maximise profitable orders and sales in Eastern Europe, and will act as a key player in the Sales and Marketing team, with your primary focus on increasing Order Intake Targets.

You will ensure full contact with all key customers, OEMs and End Users, and should be aware of all major programmes being run by the company at any time.
You will work to ensure that you establish an accurate phased-order forecast based on input from customers, and will prepare proposals and quotations for customers as required.

On occasions, you will be required to visit customers in Eastern Europe, identifying their potential value and quantity of orders, and will control the actions of territory sales representatives and sales agents.
When required, you will act as the company's representative on all Sales and Technical issues in a very diverse and highly challenging role.

Please note that this position will require regular travel and for the successful applicant to be a British Passport holder.
Language skills such as German or Russian may be useful although not essential.

This role will pay from £50-60K per annum plus an excellent benefits package.
