Administrator/Accounts (SAGE)
I am currently recruiting for a part time administrator/finance assistant to work from my clients head office in Northampton. Working as part of a small friendly team.
The ideal candidate MUST have experience of working with sage.
This role will be split 50/50 between accounts and admin, the main duties will include;
Administration;
Arranging and organising travel/accommodations
Preparing and writing up quotes.
Dealing with general enquires from customers.
Liaising with suppliers
Filing/faxing/photocopying
Accounts;
Sales ledger
Purchase ledger
Account reconciliations
Banking
Weekly reports
The position is 25 hours per week which can be split in a way that suits the applicant.
