As an area manager you will be responsible for the day to day running and profitability for a nominated branch. You will ensure complete customer satisfaction, be in charge of stock control and ensure all relevant paperwork is completed for any quotations given.
You will need to ensure company targets are met by maximising every sales opportunity, canvass potential customers and keep in contact with existing customers to ensure repeat orders are made.
In addition to the above you will be required to plan and allocate work to teams and individuals, develop and enhance performances of staff and contribute to the recruitment and selection of personnel.
The ideal candidate will be fully computer literate, have excellent attention to detail and preferably have experience of SAP.
